Anna M. Di Stasio, B.Sc., B.A., J.D.

Anna M. Di Stasio specializes in corporate immigration and cross-border immigration law. Her expertise involves advising our large multi-national corporate clients on obtaining Canadian and U.S. employment authorizations with particular emphasis on matters pertaining to the transfer and relocation of executive and managerial personnel.

Anna is a graduate of the University of Toronto's Faculty of Law, where she served as the Students' Law Society President in her third year. While at law school, Anna was also awarded the Laskin Prize in Constitutional Law and the Gordon Cressy Leadership Award. Anna has a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Bar Association. Anna is fluent in English, French and Italian, and is also conversant in Spanish.
