Donna Habsha

Donna Habsha is an Associate Lawyer with the Bomza Law Group, where she practises Canadian immigration and citizenship law. She advises on a wide variety of Canadian temporary and permanent resident applications. She also maintains significant expertise working on and advising clients on entry visa applications and procedures for many countries outside of North America.
Donna graduated from York University with honours and received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor Law School.
Donna has been a contributing instructor to the Seneca College immigration law course. She continues to provide information seminars and advice at various community centres throughout the city. Donna was assistant editor and a contributing author to the monthly Human Rights Tribune. In addition, Donna has updated the citizenship refusals and appeals section of the Canadian Encyclopedic Digest.
Donna is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Refugee Lawyers Association and the Women’s Law Association of Ontario.
