Ife S Ashabo

Ife Ashabo practices exclusively in the field of U.S. immigration law, and has a wide-range of knowledge and experience with nonimmigrant visas, immigrant visas, investment visas, citizenship and naturalization, U.S. waivers, employment based immigration, family based immigration, federal compliance with immigration laws, and consulate assistance. Ife works with both individual clients and companies of all sizes to facilitate entry into the U.S. under various types of classifications, including, but not limited to, TN visas, L1 visas, O visas, P visas, H1B visas, E1 visas, E2 visas, and green cards through employment, entrepreneurship, and investment. Mr. Ashabo also works with families and individuals to resolve their U.S. immigration issues, including obtaining family based green cards, U.S. waivers due to criminality, misrepresentation and deportation.

Ife attended John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and graduated in the top ten percent of his class. He went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a member of the Illinois Bar, Cleveland Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and is a licensed Foreign Legal Consultant in the province of Ontario.
