August 2010 Visa Bulletin Released

The U.S. Department of State released the Visa Bulletin for August 2010. A notable change in the Visa Bulletin is the EB-3 (employment-based third preference category) for all countries of chargeability except those listed, which jumped from August 15, 2003 to June 1, 2004.
