Only 2100 H-1B Visas Left

As of December 11, 2009, USCIS has received approximately 62,900 H-1B cap-subject petitions for the 65,000 H-1B cap.  USCIS will continue to accept both cap-subject petitions and advanced degree petitions until a sufficient number of H-1B petitions have been received to reach the statutory limits.  Contact our office to discuss your H-1B options while there are still visas available.
