Revised Filing Instructions for I-140 Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services annouced new filing instructions for certain I-140 Immigration Petition for Alien Worker.  The Service is attempting to transition these petitions to USCIS Lockbox facilities.  Notable changes include Form I-140 filed alone or together with Form I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status should be filed with the USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility, or at the USCIS Nebraska or Texas Service Centers, depending on the classification for which the petition is being filed.  More details can be found at www.uscis.gov.
