Effective October 30, 2009, U. S. Citizenship and Immigration Service will only accept the revised version of the Form G-28I Notice of Entry of Appearance as Attorney in Matters Outside the Geographical Confines of the United States. This newly designed form is to be used by attorneys who are admitted to practice law in the U.S., who seek to represent their clients before the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in matters outside of the United States. At the Bomza Law Group, our team of lawyers includes U.S. licensed attorneys who are members in good standing to the bar in the United States, licensed as Foreign Legal Consultants by the Law Society of Upper Canada, and who can effectively comply with the new Form G-28I requirements.

The G28 and G28i forms are required for all applications where an attorney is representing the applicant or otherwise assisting with the application. If you do not have an attorney assisting with your application or if you have any other questions regarding your application, please feel free to contact the Bomza Law Group to set up a consultation and meet with one of our attorneys.
