Donna Habsha, B.A., LL.B.

Donna Habsha is an Associate Lawyer with the Bomza Law Group, where she practices Canadian immigration and citizenship law. She advises on a wide variety of in-land and overseas applications for Canadian immigration and represents clients in immigration related litigation. Donna has successfully argued cases before all three divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board as well as the Federal Court of Canada.

Donna graduated from York University with honours and received her Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Windsor Law School.

Donna has been a contributing instructor to the Seneca College immigration law course. She continues to provide information seminars and advice at various community centres throughout the city. Donna was assistant editor and a contributing author to the monthly Human Rights Tribune.  In addition, Donna has updated the citizenship refusals and appeals section of the Canadian Encyclopedic Digest

Donna is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Refugee Lawyers Association and the Women’s Law Association of Ontario.
