The Bomza Law Group has not only been instrumental in the success of my transition to the United States since my move from Toronto to Florida in 2005, but also has been one of the best resources & support systems over the past few years, both personally & professionally. When you are moving your life to another country, there is a great deal at stake. There is no other team I would entrust with this process more than the Bomza Group. It is with great appreciation, for all of their help and continual guidance, that I would highly recommend their entire team for any of your immigration needs. |

A pre-eminent film industry programmer devoted to the art, craft and technology of feature film animation and visual effects, Mr. Duffy's work has brought to Canadian audiences such notable film projects as Silent Hill, A History of Violence,16 Blocks, Four Bothers, Assault on Precinct 13, and more. Canada's film industry eagerly snapped up this international talent and Bomza Law Group offered peace of mind for both FX-master and his Canadian employers by ensuring the prompt, successful processing of his specialized work permits and Canadian permanent residence applications. |

We had been to the US consulate in Buffalo on the 27th of July 2005 to apply for multiple entry exit visas, as our current visas are expiring on June 30, 2005. The consular officials informed us that our permanent residency application was in order and that they would give us our landing documents. It was an unexpected but pleasant surprise! We are very happy. We landed in Canada via the Peace bridge. I am sending you the scanned copies of our landing documents. |

The TN Visa is my career lifeblood. A majority of my work will come from the US and without access to this market I would be hard pressed to make as comfortable a living as I can now. I want to thank both of you for your help and support and will be sure to use your firm again when the need arises. |
